   Report cards will be distributed at the end of the day tomorrow.  It will be announced for all students to report back to their   homerooms.  Please wait to be called.  Teachers, all report cards will be in your mailboxes tomorrow morning.

   Any boy grade 7-12 who is interested in wrestling at Mahanoy Area, please sign up with Mr Maksimik in Room 224.

   Football players can pick up winter spirit packs today after school in the weight room.

   Students attending the College Day field trip with Ms. McCloskey and Ms. Mcguire on Friday, November 17th at Penn State   Schuylkill should be in dress code.  Remember to bring extra money if you are planning to purchase any food items there.   Students should report to the High School Lobby for 8:15am.

   Student Council has started their annual Christmas wreath sale...please see Mr. Pytko or any student council member to place   an order...orders are due on November 30th and pick up will be December 6th after school. 

   Mrs. Wargo will be collecting the money for Formal during homeroom on Nov.22 and Nov.28

   Seniors who have demonstrated achievements in their activities at school can apply for the AXA achievement scholarship at   www.scholarsapply.org/axa-achievement  or stop in guidance.

   Students in interested in majoring in agriculture can apply for the America’s Famer’s Grow AG Scholarship.  Go to   GrowAgLeaders.com to apply.

   Seniors who demonstrate leadership, drive, integrity and citizenship can apply for the GE-Reagan Foundation scholarship.   Apply online at reaganfoundation.org/scholarships or pick up a flyer in guidance.

   Seniors who have applied to the University of Scranton can apply for the Koons Scholarship. Application guidelines and   deadlines can be found in the guidance office. 
 

   The Pennsylvania American Legion has 6 different scholarship opportunities available. A list of available scholarships can be   found in the guidance office.

   Students who signed up for SAT registration with Pam from Talent Search should report to A207 during the period they signed   up for. Also, students who signed up for the Lunch and Learn for SAT prep should report to room A033 (Mr. Werner’s Homeroom) at lunchtime.

    "Downtown Shenandoah, Inc. our community revitalization group, will once again be sponsoring "A Coal Cracker Christmas" on   Friday evening, Nov. 24 (Black Friday). Students in grades 7-12 who would like to participate in the shortened version of "The   Grinch" play, should sign up with Mrs. Taylor in Room A128. The main roles are already set, but many "Whos" will be needed for   Whoville!  DSI will also welcome volunteers for serving refreshments and for set up and clean up. Again, please see Mrs. Taylor   if interested in volunteering."

Elementary Announcements:

​   Students, please hand in any income forms and information sheets into the office as soon as possible.
   9:30-10:30 Library will be closed.
   The Jump Rope for Heart Kick Off will take place today. You will be called to the gym. 9:00am 3rd- 6th  4K-2nd at 10:00am
   On Friday, November 17th, students are permitted to dress down in school appropriate jeans or gym attire if they bring in a     nonperishable food donation to support the “Feed a Friend” program.
